435 pages, packed with ‘Safety made in Germany’: In the new Access Solutions Guide 2025, Munk Günzburger Steigtechnik presents more than 2,500 series products, making it the most comprehensive series range in the access equipment industry. In addition to the print version, the compendium is also available online as a highly functional digital version (www.munk-group.com/en/flip-catalogues). Users can request the print version by email (vertrieb@munk-group.com) or by phone on 08221/3616-01 or via messenger apps. QR codes and links take users to product configurators such as the new online configurator for roof bridges (www.munk-group.com/en/configurator).
‘Our Access Solutions Guide 2025 really lives up to its name, as our standard range has continued to grow. And so has our versatile range of online configurators, for example for stairs, fixed ladders and, most recently, roof bridging. Our guide provides information on both - and so much more: it provides users with an important overview of relevant standards, subsidies and innovations. This makes our guide the ultimate reference work for access technology and occupational safety in all industries and on all channels,’ says Ferdinand Munk, owner and Managing Director of the Munk Group.
Innovations for more occupational safety
As a highlight among the product innovations from Günzburg, the Access Solutions Guide presents the new FlexxTower SGX: the SGX version of the single-person scaffolding has three levels instead of two, allowing users to reach working heights of up to 9.55 metres. The FlexxTower SGX is equipped as standard with the Ergo platform, which is up to 40 % lighter and therefore particularly user-friendly, and can be assembled and dismantled by just one person without tools.
Also new is the modular folding step platform, which combines two ML folding steps with a hook-on platform. The platform's non-slip screen printing plate can be flexibly attached at any step height, including the top level, thus creating a spacious, stable work surface. Another new feature is the stepladder that can be accessed from both sides and is pluggable: thanks to the optional plug-in section, the ladder can be extended flexibly and remains space-saving during transport and storage.
Digital services
The 2025 edition of the Access Solutions Guide once again offers important digital added value, as QR codes in the print version and hyperlinks in the digital version of the guide take users directly to the application video for selected products, such as TRBS-compliant stepladders, work platforms and the FlexxTower single-person scaffolding. The digital online catalogue makes it easy to browse through the product range and, if you want, you can search in more detail with just a few clicks - right through to ordering in the online shop of specialist retail partners.
New configurator for roof bridges
The online configurator for roof bridging is a digital innovation for 2025: Munk Günzburger Steigtechnik customers can use it to design their perfect solution around the clock and with just a few clicks. With the new tool, they can not only customise the angle of inclination and step coverings of their roof bridging, but also include the roof extension and roof obstacles.
QR code on the ladder
The access equipment solutions themselves are also contributing to digitalisation: This is because more and more ladders from the range are now being labelled with a QR code on the type plate. This takes the user directly to a mobile landing page with all the information and media relating to the product, such as operating instructions, certificates, spare parts or videos.
Direct line to the experts
The Munk Group can not only be called on 08221/3616-01, but also chatted with via the WhatsApp messenger service. This means that Munk Group customers can also contact the access technology experts with their concerns via a short text message and also receive quick feedback via this popular service. Those who prefer to contact the professionals at the Munk Group directly via their Internet browser can also reach them via the web chat on the Munk website at www.munk-group.com.
‘We really do use all communication channels to optimise the advice and service we offer our customers. After all, direct dialogue from person to person is still the most important component of our consulting concept,’ says Ferdinand Munk.
