Warranty terms and conditions

We select the best materials and suitable manufacturing processes for our products. We are a company certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and we have a fully operational quality management system in place.

We are therefore able to offer you a 15-year guarantee for our standard products.

This does not cover motorised drives or additional electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic equipment or their supply lines – statutory regulations apply here. The guarantee starts on the day of purchase; invoices or sales receipts serve as proof. The guarantee extends to material, processing or construction faults for which we are responsible. Damage caused by natural wear and tear, improper handling or modification is not covered by the warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, we will either rectify the defect or replace the defective item at our discretion.
