Delivery notes

  • Deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany are generally made under the delivery condition DAP (delivery at place). This means that the goods are delivered to the location specified by the customer. The customer is responsible for unloading the goods.
  • A service charge of €8.90 net applies to all deliveries with a net goods value of less than €350.00.
  • For collection, the delivery condition FCA (free carrier) applies. This means that the goods are prepared and loaded onto the freight vehicle at the MUNK Group's premises (Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 23, 89312 Günzburg; Lochfelbenstraße 25, 89312 Günzburg; Albert-Einstein-Straße 8, 89340 Leipheim).
  • For deliveries outside Germany, additional costs and fees apply.
  • An island surcharge will be charged for island deliveries.
  • Delivery takes place during normal business hours. These are from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Deliveries outside business hours are possible, but involve a special trip/special delivery. We will be happy to provide you with the associated additional costs on request.
  • The costs of a second delivery are calculated on a time and material basis.
  • A net fee of €80.00 will be charged for a change of address during transport.
  • Any storage in the freight forwarder's warehouse is subject to additional storage fees from the first day after dispatch. The costs are €35.00 per day including storage, retrieval and transport.
  • Express deliveries within Germany can be ordered for €75 per shipment.
  • In the event of duplicate orders, the costs for delivery and return transport will be invoiced.
  • For returned goods, we charge the costs of the return freight in the amount of 16.5% of the net value of the goods.

Notification

  • To avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts, in future all deliveries will be registered with the recipient at least 24 hours before delivery via a notification. An email address or mobile phone number is required for this.
  • In addition, we can also offer you the so-called depot notification of dispatch. This involves a personal telephone call at least 24 hours before delivery. If you are interested, please contact us personally.
