  • Employee measures his body composition on an analyser at the MUNK health day with TK while a Techniker Krankenkasse advisor explains the results

    Health Day with Techniker Krankenkasse

How do we stand? How much muscle do we have? What's our blood pressure? On 27 October 2026, our employees found out at a workplace health event we held together with the German health insurer Techniker Krankenkasse (TK).

    Two stations were set up:

    • AI posture scan: The scan used the body's outline to show how we stand and move. From this, each person got their own training tips.
    • Health screening: Body fat, muscle mass and blood pressure were measured.

In one-on-one talks, participants got tips on staying fit and healthy during the working day. But just as important as the numbers was something else: taking time out on purpose to look after your own health.

We'd like to thank TK for working with us and all our colleagues who took part.

It also serves as a transport trolley: four lockable swivel castors enable controlled manoeuvring. Users can opt to add a rung ladder or a railing set if they wish.
