Many years of loyalty and exceptional commitment: these are the qualities that characterize all 46 of our employees celebrating their anniversaries. For the MUNK Group, which continues to grow in its 125th anniversary year, its long-serving employees are a decisive factor in its past and future success.

Our 46 long-serving employees can look back on a total of 610 years of service with the Munk Group - 610 years of experience, expertise and commitment. The management has now honored the many years of commitment and loyalty of the employees at a festive ceremony and expressed its great appreciation, as the jubilarians have been with the company for five, ten, 15, 25, 30, 35 and even 40 years. The annual ceremony has become an integral part of our corporate culture and is also a symbol of how we treat each other as a family and with respect. “Just as we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries in a family, we do the same in our Munk family and honor our long-standing team members. Where would we be without our loyal employees? We ask ourselves this question again and again at the Munk Group. They are all the backbone of our company and have made a significant contribution to the fact that we have grown steadily over the past 125 years and are still on course for success,” emphasizes owner and Managing Director Ferdinand Munk.

BAU 2025 in Munich has come to an end and we can look back on a successful week at the trade fair full of exciting discussions, valuable contacts and great interest in our innovations.
