As you will no doubt have heard from the media, the town and district of Günzburg have been affected by catastrophic flooding. We, the MUNK Group, have also been affected by the flooding with a hall that is currently being rebuilt. However, we were able to get the extent and the damage under control thanks to very rapid intervention, a really great team spirit and good communication.
Our production is running and we have also checked our supply chains and taken the necessary measures to ensure that there are no interruptions: neither in terms of supply nor transport.
We are pleased to inform you that we are fully operational and can supply you as usual!
All major access routes to our plants in Günzburg and Leipheim are open.
We are grateful for all the help we have received, our team spirit and our solidarity in our family business. We are a MUNK family - this has been proven over the last few days! We have set up a help centre for all our employees' families who have been affected by the floods. We are helping all those affected quickly and easily.
