Slide the new rung covering over the rung. | © MUNK GmbH

Slide the new rung covering over the rung. Caution: Orientation of the rung and rung covering fluting must be identical. Note for push-up extension ladder: install the lock on the outside (away from the other ladder section).

Clamp the rung covering to the rungs using the assembly tool. | © MUNK GmbH

Tighten the star grip screws. Caution: The rung protection must sit centrally on the rung and rest against the bottom of the tool.

Put on the locking bar. First clip in the clamping hooks completely on one side from left to right. Then clip in the other side from left to right. | © MUNK GmbH

Apply the sealing strip. Clip in the clamping hooks completely from left to right on one side first. Then clip in the other side from left to right. Caution: Do not use a hammer to clip in the sealing strip.
