Delivery information

Deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany are made under the delivery condition DAP – delivered at named destination. This means that the goods are delivered to the location specified by the customer. The customer is responsible for unloading the goods.
A service fee of €8.90 net applies to all deliveries with a goods value under €350.00 net.
For collections, the delivery condition FCA – Free Carrier named location – applies. This means the goods are provided on the premises of the MUNK Group (Rudolf-Diesel-Strasse 23, 89312 Günzburg; Lochfelbenstrasse 25, 89312 Günzburg; Albert-Einstein-Strasse 8, 89340 Leipheim) and loaded onto the freight vehicle.
Additional costs and fees apply for deliveries outside Germany.
An island surcharge is applied for island deliveries.
Delivery is made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Delivery outside these hours is possible but requires a special trip/delivery. We are happy to provide the associated additional costs upon request.
The costs of a second delivery attempt are charged based on actual expenses.
An address change during transport incurs a charge of €80.00 net.
Storage in the freight depot from the first day after dispatch is subject to additional storage costs. These amount to €35.00 per day, including storage, retrieval, and transportation.
Express deliveries within Germany can be arranged for €75 per shipment.
In the case of duplicate orders, the costs for both outbound and return transport will be charged.
For returned goods, we charge return freight costs amounting to 16.5% of the net goods value.

Notification

To avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts, all deliveries will be announced to the recipient at least 24 hours before delivery via notification. For this, an email address or mobile phone number is required.
Additionally, we can offer you the so-called Depot Notification. In this case, a personal phone call is made at least 24 hours before delivery. If you are interested, please contact us directly.
